What Youll Do as an Assistant Manager:
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership training and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution labor and financial goals
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling maintenance and administrative responsibilities
