Position Summary: The Project Manager MA&D will be a critical leader within the Johnson & Johnson Integration Management Office (IMO). You will lead high-impact cross-functional projects focused on the integration of acquired businesses or the divestiture of non-core assets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of Day 1 readiness Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and long-term value realization in a highly regulated pharmaceutical and MedTech environment. Key Responsibilities: Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for complex integrations and divestitures ensuring all milestones are met from due diligence through post-close stabilization. Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate workstreams across Finance IT HR Supply Chain Legal Regulatory and R&D to manage interdependencies and mitigate risks. FPX Methodology: Utilize J&Js FPX (First Priority Excellence) project management framework to create project charters detailed schedules and risk mitigation plans. Divestiture & Carve-outs: Manage the physical and digital separation of assets including the negotiation and monitoring of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs). Change Management: Partner with business leaders to drive organizational alignment and cultural integration for newly acquired teams. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present Status to Value reports and KPIs to the Steering Committee and Senior Leadership teams. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 710 years of professional experience in Project Management or Management Consulting. Proven track record specifically in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or Divestitures. Experience within the Life Sciences Healthcare or MedTech industry is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Project Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus. Certifications: PMP or J&J FPX certification is strongly preferred.
