Job Summary

Job Title: Manager Finance
Location: DeLand FL (Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Finance Leadership

Minimum 2 years of experience managing finance teams
Proven ability to delegate mentor and provide operational oversight

Financial Systems & Reporting

Strong expertise in COGNOS and Crystal Reports
Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling for pricing profitability and operational analysis

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL queries relational databases and process optimization initiatives

Team & Project Management

Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage competing priorities and deliver timely accurate reporting
Experience developing financial reports and insights for senior leadership

Executive Communication

Skilled in presenting financial insights dashboards and strategic recommendations to executives

Education & Credentials

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA and/or MBA preferred

Industry Experience

Healthcare or laboratory industry experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to industry-specific financial processes

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Strong background in financial modeling and report generation
