Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager (AI & Technology Programs)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale AI and technology initiatives from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams driving Agile execution handling senior stakeholder expectations and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI and IT project delivery from planning to execution
Define scope milestones timelines and measurable outcomes
Coordinate across Data Science Data Engineering and application teams
Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban frameworks
Manage risks dependencies and change requests
Communicate project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensure on-time on-budget delivery with quality outcomes
Proactively remove blockers and escalate issues when required
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Project/Program Management experience in AI or technology initiatives
Experience working with Data Scientists Engineers and product teams
Hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum Kanban)
Proficiency with Jira Confluence and project tracking tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong risk management and change control experience
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI vendors and emerging technologies
Exposure to large enterprise transformation programs
