We are looking fora Sales Manager - Specialtiesto join our team.
Based in Sorocaba Brazil you will be responsible for :
- Develop and execute business strategies in the Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets expanding the companys market position strengthening relationships with EPC and Construction companies and driving sustainable revenue and market share growth.
- Coordinate sales activities prospect for business in the market and product application areas aiming for greater sales participation to ensure the goals and results established in the management plan. Coordinate the work of Representatives seeking to increase knowledge build relationships and consolidate business relationships with clients.
- Participate in defining plans together with Management for sales goals strategies and policies subsidizing and supporting decisions with market information and data for negotiations with clients and representatives as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for necessary adjustments ensuring the achievement of results.

Technical Requirements And Experience
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Experience in sales in the electrical materials or related segments with a focus on the infrastructure and oil & gas markets. Experience in sales to EPC companies and construction companies specialized in:
- Transportation (Subways and Trains);
- Oil Gas Petrochemicals and Biofuels;
- Thermal Hydroelectric and Nuclear Power Plants;
- Mining;
- Pulp and Paper;
- Electrical Substations;
- Highways Ports and Airports
- Ability to use Excel Powerpoint Outlook. Power BI and Sales Force
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.
- Proven ability in pipeline management forecasting and the execution of commercial strategies.
- Management of sales volume margin and marketing share KPIs
