We are looking for a Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying background to managing all commercial agreements contracts and cash flow across a civil engineering business. This will be a challenging role that will demand previous experience in contractual disputes negotiation solutions with demanding clients in civil engineering.

While working closely with the company Directors your role will include:

Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management
Manage head contract variations and scope changes
Develop cost controls for projects and reporting requirements
Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts
