Main Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company targets.
- Analyze market trends customer data and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Create pricing strategies promotional plans and sales programs to increase market share.
- Forecast sales demand and coordinate closely with Operations and Procurement.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
- Train team members on product knowledge customer handling negotiation and closing techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers distributors and partners.
- Visit customers regularly to understand needs solve issues and maintain long-term loyalty.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely closing of opportunities.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 45 years of sales experience including 2 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
