Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement
Achieve or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC) Package Air Conditioners (PAC) and VRF systems. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including property developers contractors architects and building owners. - Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts effectively to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue. - Internal Collaboration & Customer Support
Work closely with Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle. - Sales Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records pipelines and customer interactions in accordance with PACBs sales management procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience preferably in air conditioning systems or related B2B products. - Technical Sales Knowledge
Good understanding of commercial air conditioning systems including VRF (engineering-level knowledge not required). - Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels. - Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent negotiation abilities and a strong problem-solving mindset to achieve win-win outcomes. - Results-Oriented & Organized
Target-driven well-organized and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
