Job Summary
Project Manager (Fit-Out)
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $1000 - $1400 per month
Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and architectural construction projects in Phnom Penh. This role requires strong coordination skills technical understanding and the ability to manage clients site teams and consultants across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and manage site teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants
- Oversee fit-out and architectural construction works ensuring quality and programme compliance
- Review drawings shop drawings and construction details prior to execution
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings specifications timelines and budgets
- Prepare schedules progress updates and coordination meeting inputs
- Maintain clear communication between office site and client teams
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Graduates from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) are strongly preferred
- Good working English both written and spoken
- Experience in fit-out and architecturally detailed construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and ability to read and produce drawings
- Comfortable working on site and managing real-time construction challenges

It is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and exposure to Interior / Fit-out project management activities in a who enjoys working on detailed fit-out and architectural projects rather than repetitive mass-housing developments.
