Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
- Present promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client information and follow-ups.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide pre-sales technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs
- Provide assistance in conducting site surveys compiling necessary information to support cost estimation and preparing client quotations.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in sales (experience in service industry preferred).
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
