Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
  • Present promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client information and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Provide pre-sales technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs
  • Provide assistance in conducting site surveys compiling necessary information to support cost estimation and preparing client quotations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in sales (experience in service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
