Position Summary
We are recruiting a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow project-based sales across the building technologies market. This role focuses on securing new contracts for integrated low-current systems including CCTV access control building management and structured cabling across commercial hospitality and mixed-use developments.
The position is suited to a sales professional who understands technical solution selling and is comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder construction and property development environments.
Key Accountabilities

Generate and convert new business opportunities for ELV and building technology solutions

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of construction-related projects and tenders
-
Establish and grow relationships with developers consultants contractors and project owners
-
Work closely with engineering and project teams to support pre-sales design reviews and tender submissions

Prepare quotations commercial proposals and technical documentation for clients
-
Manage deal progression from first contact through to contract award

Monitor sales performance forecasts and opportunity tracking

Represent the company at client meetings project sites and industry events
Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years experience in B2B sales within ELV building systems security MEP or construction-related solutions

Proven ability to manage long project-driven sales cycles

Familiarity with tendering consultant-led specifications and contractor procurement processes

Strong communication skills in Khmer with working proficiency in English

Highly self-motivated commercially focused and able to manage an independent sales territory
