B2B Sales Manager ELV Systems

Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving B2B sales of ELV (CCTV HVAC BMS) across commercial hospitality residential and mixed-use development projects. The position focuses on winning new business managing project-based sales cycles and building long-term relationships with developers consultants and contractors.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and technical discussions through proposal submission and contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for ELV solutions (CCTV access control structured cabling alarms and related systems)
- Develop and manage a qualified project sales pipeline across construction and infrastructure sectors
- Build strong working relationships with developers consultants main contractors and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams during pre-sales and tender stages
- Prepare commercial proposals pricing submissions and technical clarifications
- Track opportunities forecasts and performance against agreed sales targets
- Attend client meetings site visits and industry networking events
Requirements & Experience
- 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in ELV MEP security or construction-related systems
- Experience managing long sales cycles and project-based selling
- Understanding of tendering and contractor-led procurement processes
- Strong communication skills in Khmer; working English required
- Self-driven and commercially focused with the ability to work independently
