Job Summary

Job Summary:

To lead and drive sales growth for MEP and construction-related projects by developing effective sales strategies managing key client relationships and securing profitable project contracts. This role supports the companys long-term growth through strong market expansion and successful execution of project sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities for MEP and construction-related projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors and partners.
  • Manage project bidding tender preparation pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with technical project and operations teams to support sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends competitors and project pipelines.
  • Lead coach and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Main Requirements:

  • Several years of senior management experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven project sales experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • MEP projects (air conditioning elevators chillers etc.)
    • Construction projects (main contractor or subcontractor)
    • Construction materials (steel pipes decoration materials decoration materials etc.)
  • Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with strong business acumen and industry network.
