About the Role

Chai Waale is rapidly expanding its presence across corporate offices IT parks institutions business parks and food courts. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead corporate caf pantry and kiosk acquisitions.

This role is ideal for a professional who is proactive confident and highly skilled in corporate networking with proven experience in opening doors and closing business within the corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within corporate offices tech parks institutions and food courts
Build and maintain strong relationships with Facility Management Administration HR and Leasing teams
Present and pitch Chai Waales brand concept product portfolio and value proposition
Conduct site visits coordinate commercial discussions and manage negotiations
Maintain and track business development pipelines including leads follow-ups and closures
Coordinate with Projects Operations and Fit-Out teams to ensure smooth execution post-approval
Represent the brand professionally at corporate meetings events and networking forums

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in Business Development Corporate Sales Leasing Institutional Sales or Hospitality
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
Self-driven disciplined and capable of handling end-to-end business conversations
Fluency in English is mandatory
- Tamil preferred
- Hindi is an added advantage
Energetic well-presented goal-oriented and reliable
