Job Summary

Location : Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including physicians surgeons hospital administrators and purchasing departments.
  • Conduct product presentations demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Provide technical product support and guidance to customers.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing customer service and product development teams to support territory growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and decision-making process.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Clinical background or experience working with surgical or diagnostic devices.
  • Existing network of contacts within hospitals or clinics in the territory.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex medical concepts.
