Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Operations Executive/ Associate
About the Role: -
This role focuses on execution and operational support ensuring accurate handling of customer quotes sales data and order-related information. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data structured processes and operational workflows within an e-commerce or operations-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Pre-process clean and validate customer quotes and sales data prior to reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer orders order status and fulfilment details
Track update and report sales representative performance metrics on a regular basis
Support supply chain operations by maintaining well-structured and up-to-date operational data
Work with core e-commerce concepts such as orders SKUs pricing cancellations and dispatch
Ensure data accuracy consistency and completeness across internal trackers and reports
Good to Have Skills: -
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
Understanding of e-commerce operations and order management
Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting
Ability to create and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
