Profile : Product Manager - Cards

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and enhance the digital savings account and debit card onboarding journey. This role requires ownership of the product experience from initiation through onboarding card issuance and activation. You will work closely with technology design operations and customer service teams to define product processes create business requirement documents (BRDs) and continuously improve the experience based and complaint analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Requirement Gathering
Own the product roadmap for digital savings onboarding and debit card journey.
Define and document business requirements (BRDs) for new features enhancements and process changes.
Collaborate with UX/design and tech teams to translate business needs into functional specs and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-launch validation.
2. Process Definition & Optimization
Define and refine end-to-end onboarding and card issuance processes to improve efficiency and reduce drop-offs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance scalability and user-centric process design.
Monitor key metrics like onboarding completion rate card issuance success and activation rate.
3. Nodal Complaint Handling & Root Cause Analysis
Own the resolution of nodal and regulator-level complaints related to savings onboarding and debit cards.
Perform detailed root cause analysis and identify process or product fixes.
Collaborate with customer support legal compliance and tech teams to ensure timely and permanent resolution of issues.
4. Customer Experience & Journey Improvement
Regularly analyze customer feedback and complaint data to identify friction points in the onboarding journey.
Prioritize improvements that enhance success rate activation rate and customer satisfaction.
Drive experimentation and testing where applicable to improve conversion and adoption.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
Act as the single point of contact for onboarding and debit card product aspects across departments.
Work closely with Compliance Risk Tech Customer Service and Operations teams to align on goals and deliverables.
Track and report KPIs issue trends and improvement initiatives to leadership.
Key Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in product management preferably in fintech digital banking or consumer technology.
Strong understanding of digital onboarding KYC processes and debit card issuance flows.
Experience in writing BRDs defining customer journeys and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
