MANAGER TRACTOR & COMBINE HARVESTER SALES
Job brief
Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited Agri Equipment Division is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as Manager - Tractor & Combine Harvester Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for the sales operations of the Tractor and Combine Harvester category ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies while meeting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of tractors and combine harvesters to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead field sales operations including customer visits product demonstrations and farmer engagement meetings.
Strengthen and support the current dealer network across the island and develop new dealer networks.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop appropriate strategies to enhance market position.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including follow-ups negotiations and successful closing of sales.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts periodic reports and action plans to support decision-making.
Provide guidance motivation and support to the sales team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
Require travellingto monitor and manage sales force activities on the field when required.
Required Skills Experience and Competencies:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role; OR
Diploma in Agriculture or Marketing from a reputed institute with at least 8 years experience in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership qualities with proven team coordination and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer relationshipbuilding skills.
Selfmotivated targetdriven and capable of working independently without supervision.
