About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an IT solution company under leading global diversified trading company with a strong presence in the automotive industrial and consumer goods sectors with global presence through its many subsidiaries and operating divisions including over 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 systems and services
- Manage daily operations for Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive Power Apps and Power BI
- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting within the M365 environment
- Collaborate with helpdesk and IT teams to resolve end-user issues
- Handle ticketing workflows using ServiceNow
- Maintain and update configuration documentation and license records
- Lead team operations and escalate complex cases to customers when necessary to achieve goals and targets
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in any major (IT-related education is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration with a focus on Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity platforms
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written); Japanese language proficiency is a plus
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
