Our Finance department is seeking a Production Controller Specialist to join our team inWanaherang West Java. The Production Controller Specialist is to provides analytical and operational support for production and assembly-related financial activities. .
What youll do:
- Budget Preparation Analysis and Utilization
- Closing Activities
- Operational Support and Business Partnering
About you:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Excel Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in financial controlling or production cost analysis (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Familiarity with assembly or manufacturing business processes is an advantage.
