About the role
This role is responsible to design develop and maintain interactive innovative and technically accurate training and assessment materials that meet business requirements. This includes creating 3D simulations animations interactive modules and digital learning solutions that align with global training standards and best practices across Thiess operational regions.
In this role you will:
- Design advanced digital learning experiences using tools such as Unity Blender and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Integrate simulations gamification microlearning and other innovative approaches into eLearning.
- Optimise digital solutions for Safety Maintenance and Operations training modules.
- Support localisation and adaptation of interactive content for cultural and language needs across regions.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) trainers and global teams to produce simulation-based learning solutions.
- Provide technical recommendations on the integration of 3D/animation into training programs.
- Guide internal teams on best practices for the use of interactive media in training.
About you
- Bachelors Degree in Animation Multimedia Design Educational Technology Computer Graphics Game Design or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in developing interactive learning solutions 3D simulations animations or technical training content.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering interactive technical visualisations simulations or animations for training.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrating multimedia content.
- Strong skills in 3D modelling animation and interactive content development.
- Ability to storyboard prototype and implement interactive instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in software such as Unity/Unreal Engine Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Blender and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal visual and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Flexibility to adapt to change manage tight deadlines and collaborate with diverse technical teams.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Advanced technical skills in digital content creation (e.g. 3D modelling animation multimedia and eLearning development)
