1. Program Coordination
- Serve as a member of LPKs team contributing to strategy design and implementation.
- Implement program plans aligned with LPKs strategic direction and annual work plans for the Yangon Region.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with sound and impartial judgment.
- Ensure monitoring and evaluation systems directly inform program decisions and improvements.
- Contribute to the development of new program components aligned with LPKs long-term strategy.
- Provide supervision and planning support to clinic teams Senior Operation Officer and Project Officer.
2. Outreach and Clinic Team Management
- Ensure the delivery of quality medical services in line with LPK protocols and national guidelines.
- Supervise outreach activities to guarantee effective operations and quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with outreach and clinic teams to review progress challenges and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to review and update medical protocols and ensure proper implementation.
- Lead and participate in cohort reviews (TB ART PrEP) and provide input for service improvement.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient data and proper data organization.
- Monitor patient flow infection prevention practices and clinic safety standards.
- Oversee accurate and complete medical data collection including registers for ART TB pre-ART clinic and pharmacy records.
3. Staff Management
- Directly supervise the Senior Operation Officer Project Officer and Medical Officer.
- Develop clear job descriptions assign duties and monitor compliance with LPK policies.
- Identify training needs and facilitate capacity-building through formal training and on-the-job coaching.
- Promote staff motivation teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Lead performance appraisals and guide team members through annual evaluation processes.
- Uphold LPKs internal policies code of conduct and staff management standards.
- Work with the management team to plan career development staff mobility and retention strategies.
4. External Representation and Communication
- Represent LPK with NGOs community groups and local/national authorities (e.g. Ministry of Health) when required.
Qualifications :
- Must have MBBS with valid SAMA and at least three years experiences of HIV/TB clinical management.
- Experiences working in Management position especially managing clinic team and outreach team.
- Working experiences with the high-risk and marginalized populations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills coupled with a quizzical mind.
- MPH/MBA/MPA or equivalent is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience in managing complex and diverse group of people.
