The duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager (TB/ HIV) include:
1. Program Leadership and Coordination
Lead the planning coordination and implementation of TB and HIV programs in alignment with SCHs strategic priorities and national health strategies.
Represent SCH at national state and regional meetings technical working group and coordination forums.
Work collaboratively with the Regional Operations Teams to ensure effective field implementation supervision and service delivery.
Support integration of TB and HIV services with primary healthcare mental health and community health systems.
Coordinate across departments to ensure program objectives are met within the agreed timeline and budget.
2. Program Management and Quality Improvement
Coordinate with the Quality Performance Improvement (QPI) Team including the Business Intelligence CME Quality Monitoring and Laboratory Strengthening Units to ensure quality efficiency and compliance with standards.
Oversee program planning activity implementation and performance tracking.
Conduct regular monitoring and supervision visits to assess service quality and identify gaps.
Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and client feedback mechanisms.
3. Strategic and Technical Direction
Lead the development of operational and strategic plans aligned with the national End TB and HIV strategies. Promote innovation and community engagement in TB/HIV service delivery.
Strengthen partnerships with public private and community sectors to improve access diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
Contribute to advocacy efforts strategic communication and policy dialogues to advance TB/HIV programming.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team for the procurement and distribution of essential medical supplies IEC materials and forms.
Work closely with the G&C and Finance Teams to monitor project financial performance burn rate and compliance with donor requirements.
Provide inputs to donor and national program reports ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Support the Telehealth Team in monitoring centralized service delivery digital case management and client feedback systems.
Coordinate with the Communications and Marketing Unit for knowledge sharing documentation and public engagement on TB/HIV initiatives.
5. Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting
Ensure that program data are accurately collected analyzed and reported according to national and donor indicators.
Utilize data for continuous quality improvement and evidence-based program planning.
Support the Business Intelligence Team in maintaining performance dashboards and periodic progress reports.
Participate in program evaluations learning reviews and operational research. 6. Capacity Building and Staff Development
Identify capacity gaps and coordinate training for program and field staff on TB/HIV management case detection and adherence support.
Provide technical mentoring supervision and performance feedback to TB/HIV teams.
Qualifications :
Medical degree (MBBS) or Masters degree in Public Health Epidemiology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in TB/HIV or public health program management.
Experience working with national health programs donors and CSOs.
Proven record of managing teams budgets and donor-funded projects.
Proficiency in English and Myanmar.

Strong technical knowledge in TB and HIV prevention diagnosis and treatment.
Proven experience in program planning implementation and monitoring.
Excellent coordination leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of data-driven management and health system strengthening.
