The Natural Resource Access Regulator (NRAR) enforces the NSW water laws and offers guidance and education to help water users comply. Our Investigations and Enforcement team is currently seeking to appoint a Business Coordinator Investigations to deliver and oversee the provision of timely accurate and responsive business coordination advisory and support services and projects to ensure seamless business operations relating to NRARs investigation enforcement and prosecution activities.
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional with experience in business coordination project management and administrative support within a fast-paced operational environment. You thrive on managing competing priorities and delivering accurate timely outcomes under pressure.
Your strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality enable you to handle sensitive information with discretion. You are skilled at gathering and analysing data preparing reports and providing insights that support informed decision-making. You have a proven ability to develop and improve administrative systems ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
You are confident in supporting complex processes such as coordinating audit responses overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives and managing records relating to prosecution matters and you can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills allow you to work collaboratively across teams and provide high-quality support to senior leaders.
