  • Salary: WHA6 $1282.24 - $1297.38 per week (pro rata) Regional Allowance
  • Ongoing Part Time role working 60.8 hours per fortnight over a 5-day roster

Join a supportive and community-focused health service as a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator where youll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of residents through engaging therapeutic and person-centred programs. Youll be supported to plan and deliver meaningful activities that promote independence social connection and emotional wellbeing.

  • Are you someone who enjoys planning creative programs supporting individual needs and working closely with multidisciplinary teams

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Design deliver and evaluate engaging leisure and lifestyle programs that enhance residents wellbeing independence and quality of life.
  • Plan and facilitate individual and group diversional therapy activities tailored to a range of cognitive physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to identify resident needs maintain safe environments and support holistic care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement WHS compliance staff education and a positive inclusive workplace culture.
