The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing screening and placing qualified nurses into regional and remote Australian healthcare facilities. This is a high-volume fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills proactive sourcing and experience working with healthcare talent.
What Youll Do
- Proactively source Registered Nurses Enrolled Nurses AINs and specialist nursing personnel.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority regions and specialties.
- Use job boards CV databases LinkedIn and outreach strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Conduct screenings to assess qualifications AHPRA registration status availability and suitability.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlists to the Recruitment Manager.
- Understand client shift and job requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and reference checks.
- Support the manager with role fulfillment updates and reporting.
- Work closely with the Compliance Administrator to ensure all documentation is completed and verified.

What You Bring

- 3 years recruitment experience (AU/UK healthcare experience is required)
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work to KPIs and deadlines.
- Confident with sourcing tools CRM/ATS platforms and online screening.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.
