About the job: Process Excellence Consultant - Healthcare (Cebu) Hybrid
Nature Of the Account: Healthcare
Type of Support: Voice
Start Date: March 6 2026 (1st starting date); March 9 2026 (2nd starting date)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week) Cebu
Shift Schedule Rest Days: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma automation analytics etc.
- Effective operation control through monitoring risk identification and mitigation.
- Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with quality and other aspects.
- Drive ideation and small- and large-scale projects.
- Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
Key Skills Required:
- At least 2 years in College
- Required least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
- Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing engineering etc.).
