Job Summary
- Source top talent leveraging job boards social media and networking to identify high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
- Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling networking relationship-building and consultative selling to attract and engage top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment and sales targets.

- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to continue developing within the recruitment industry.
- Experience in Recruitment Sourcing preferably in the Australian Market.
- Experience in government or ICT recruitment is highly regarded.
