Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Prepare BOQs from client drawings and generate quotations ensuring follow-ups for conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and participate in special events to promote the business.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Identify establish and follow up with potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Promote company products and services through professional presentations and demos.
- Conduct cold-calling visits to existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends submitting regular reports.

- Propose re-order quantities based on rate of sale and lead times.
- Monitor and submit monthly price comparisons and ensure use of updated price lists.
- Attend meetings sales events and training sessions for continuous professional development.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction of steel structures.
- Project Management experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain professional conduct.
