Kenbury is hiring exclusively for a high-performing boutique advisory firm seeking an experiencedAssociate Director . This is a rare opportunity to join an independent boutique focused on transactions typically between $40m to $100m AUD

The Opportunity
As a senior member of the team youll play a lead role in the full transaction lifecycle; from initial client engagement through to deal close. Youll drive execution manage stakeholders and work with other members of the team in overseeing financial analysis marketing materials. This role is ideal for an experienced Advisory professional.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing transaction processes end-to-end
Developing client proposals and project plans with clear milestones
Overseeing financial model builds and guiding Junior members of the team
Coordinating due diligence and managing virtual data rooms
Providing strategic input on transaction documents and negotiations

Candidate experience

4 years experience ideally in Transaction Services/Due Diligence M&A from Big 4 Investment Banking or another professional services firm.
CA qualified would be highly regarded
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
