The Role

We are seeking a Property Investment & Finance Content Creator to help showcase Livitis expertise through high-quality informative content.

This role focuses on creating content that:

• Educates and engages property investors (B2C) and
  

• Supports partnership growth by demonstrating Livitis professional capabilities (B2B)
  

You will work closely with Livitis leadership and advisory teams to translate industry knowledge into clear accessible content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Education

• Develop short- and long-form content across video written and digital formats
  

• Communicate property investment and finance concepts clearly and responsibly
  

• Ensure content reflects Livitis values standards and expertise
  

Investor Engagement (B2C)

• Create educational content that addresses common investor questions and considerations
  

• Support inbound enquiry generation through consistent value-driven content
  

• Contribute to building trust with prospective clients
  

Professional & Partner-Focused Content (B2B)

• Produce content that demonstrates how Liviti works alongside professional partners
  

• Support partnership discussions through informative credibility-building material
  

• Assist with co-branded or partner education content where appropriate
  

On-Camera & Presentation

• Participate in video content webinars and educational sessions
  

• Represent Liviti professionally in digital and live formats
  

• Support presentations for partners or client-facing initiatives
  

Collaboration & Alignment

• Work collaboratively with marketing partnerships and advisory teams
  

• Align content topics with Livitis broader growth and communication strategy
  

• Maintain accuracy consistency and compliance awareness across all content
