Associate Manager- External- EU RD

• Team Oversight & Development 

• Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions. 

• Support onboarding training and continuous development of team capabilities. 

• Compliance & Process Governance 

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases. 

• Monitor database health and assist in initiatives

• Operational Excellence 

• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives. 

• Maintain high standards of data quality and minimize manual errors. 

• Stakeholder Engagement 

• Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and support resolution efforts. 

Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of experience with 3-4 years of supervisory or team lead role within operations data management or compliance-driven environments. 

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Power BI Discover Excel and other reporting platforms. 

• Stakeholder management expertise including experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Tech Data Ops Client Ops) and external partners. 

• Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement standardization and operational efficiency. 

• Ability to manage performance provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
