- Managing employee relations ensuring compliance with labor laws and addressing employee issues.
- Overseeing the recruitment process and managing employee development initiatives.
- Leading performance management processes including goal setting and evaluation.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and developing HR policies.
- Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
