Job Summary
This is a 3 months HR Internship with SkyBlue Cinematix an MNC headquartered in Malaysia. This is a 5 days week work from office opportunity based in Andheri West. The stipend for this role is 15K/ month.

Assisting the VP HR in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple open positions across departments.
Screening resumes coordinating interview schedules blocking VP - HR calendars and ensuring smooth interview processes with candidates and hiring managers
Assisting the VP HR in maintaining recruitment trackers candidate databases interview feedback records and hiring status reports.
Supporting the VP HR in managing leave records attendance data employee documentation and other day-to-day HR operations.
Supporting the VP HR in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives celebrations feedback activities and other culture-building programs.
