Job Summary

What we want:
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our Operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in day-to-day HR activities from welcoming new employees on their first day to making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you will do:

Onboarding & Joining
Handle all joining formalities for new employees forms documents ID cards biometric registration and system access.
Keep employee records updated in the HR system as and when changes happen.
Manage exit formalities and coordinate full & final settlements when employees leave.
Maintain employee files digitally and handle all HR data with confidentiality.
Share accurate attendance and leave data with the payroll team every month.

Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities team events and celebrations throughout the year.
Send out birthday wishes work anniversary messages and festive greetings.
Be the go-to person for employee queries and sort out day-to-day concerns without delay.

HR Software & Reporting
Manage and update the HR software / HRMS on a regular basis.
Flag issues or gaps in current HR processes and suggest practical improvements.

Requirements

Any graduate degree; a degree or diploma in HR / MBA in HR would be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in HR Operations or a similar HR role.
Prior experience with PF/ESIC processes or HRMS tools will be a plus.
Comfortable working on MS Excel basic formulas VLOOKUP and data management.
Good written and spoken communication in English.
Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.
Basic understanding of PF ESIC and general labour compliance.
A people-first attitude approachable patient and willing to help.
Able to manage multiple tasks.

Required Skills:
