Position:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Investor Relations (IR) Manager for executing our IR strategy ensuring transparent communication with investors and analysts and providing critical market insights to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of financial acumen excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to help articulate our growth story and enhance shareholder value.
Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate would be responsible for ensuring the Company is appropriately and strategically positioned with Analysts Investors Shareholders and other stakeholders.
All investor communication like quarterly earnings investor call update mails etc
- Coordinate investor meetings conferences and roadshows
- Solve investor queries on diverse areas including financial performance growth targets business plan and future strategies of the organisation
- Interaction with analyst community to both respond to information requests and receive real time updates on market opinions industry news and views on critical issues to be updated to the senior management
- Study analysts quarterly reports on the Company
- Analyse peer shareholding and scout for new investors for investment in the company
- Shareholding analysis of the Company on a weekly basis to understand the buying and selling behaviour of key investors of the Company
- Competition Benchmarking
Corporate Communication:
Preparation of Investor deck as part of Investor communication material for meetings and conferences
- Preparation of the quarterly and annual Report of the Company
- Manage Press releases and stock exchange intimations for the Company
- Preparation of speech for higher management for conference calls and conference speaker meets
- Draft business articles regarding economy recent happenings in the sector performance of the organisation etc for magazines and newspapers
- Manage Investor Relations section on the website of the Company
Experience/Qualification :CA/ MBA/ CFA with4 years preferably in Investor Relations or Equity Research
