Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management Own Background Verification (BGV) processes at enterprise scale Drive seamless Induction & Onboarding for large diverse workforces Ensure compliance documentation and HR governance excellence Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience & process efficiency Manage vendors audits escalations & operational controls Build scalable HR operations frameworks for a growing global workforce Ideal Candidate Profile: Significant experience in HR Operations within a large MNC / IT / ITES / BFSI environment Strong hands-on expertise in BGV Induction Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Deep understanding of HR compliance process audits & operational risk Proven ability to manage high volumes with precision and governance Strong stakeholder vendor & team management capabilities
