Job Summary
Assistant Manager Accounts
Location: Ernakulam
Shift Time: Evening Shift
Salary: per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts
Qualification: / / MBA (Finance or Accounting preferred)
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations

Prepare and finalize monthly quarterly and annual accounts
Handle tender creation cost estimation pricing and documentation
Prepare financial data and supporting documents for tenders and bids
Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements
Requirements
- Experience in tender preparation and documentation (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
- Good understanding of GST TDS and compliance procedures
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in shipping or logistics industry is an added advantage
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST taxation and accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software ERP and MS Excel. Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
