Summary:
The Field Executive (Lead Generation) plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition and enhancing brand visibility through direct on-ground engagement. This position focuses on executing strategic field activities such as door-to-door outreach promotional campaigns and live demonstrations to generate high-quality leads and onboard new customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated customer-focused and capable of consistently meeting performance targets in a dynamic fast-paced environment. By building strong local relationships and maintaining accurate daily reporting the Field Executive contributes directly to the organizations growth and market expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily door-to-door (D2D) market visits to identify and engage potential customers.
- Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in targeted areas to increase brand awareness.
- Support the planning and execution of health camps across assigned locations.
- Lead demo table activities in public spaces to showcase products and services.
- Manage demo counter or stall activities to drive customer interest and engagement.
- Facilitate new customer registrations via mobile app or offline processes.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent field engagement.
- Submit accurate and timely daily reports on market activities leads generated and conversion progress.
