What youll do

Coordinate districtwide recruitment efforts and update the recruitment plan annually.
Represent the district at recruitment events and in the community.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards with accurate records.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Liaise with business community organizations and agencies to compile resources for new employees.
Update application tools to match qualified candidates to vacancies.
Use current technology and participate in training to increase job-related tech skills.
Perform related duties as directed.
