Job Summary

As a member of our recruiting team you will play a critical role in leading the recruitment efforts in  both our established and emerging markets.  Using good judgment and leveraging company best practices you will manage high volume recruitment requests across multiple locations. The ability to interact with applicants and hiring leaders in a fast-paced changing environment sometimes under pressure remaining flexible proactive resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of methods
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes job applications and performing candidate interviews
  • Build and manage candidate relationships
  • Own your path to promotion

Qualifications :

  • 1 3 years high volume recruitment experience
  • College preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to sustain high energy level

The hiring range for this position is $55-65K per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to the full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
