The Sr Recruiter serves as a strategic partner for corporate recruitment and New Store Opening (NSO) recruitment and employer brand recognition. Reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture.
Job Overview
- Leads full life-cycle recruitment for corporate roles including in departments such as finance marketing and logistics. Leads early phases of recruiting NSOs in new markets.
- Leads and executes full-cycle recruitment of corporate roles establishing strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Partners closely with the Director of Talent & Culture to develop long-term hiring roadmaps for corporate department growth.
- Owns the recruitment strategy and execution for early hiring phases of New Store Openings in new markets and regions including talent market research. Supports NSO hiring in established areas.
- Expand employer brand penetration in new and existing markets through community partnerships events and employer events. Pass established relationships with community partners to local Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborates with educational institutions community organizations and industry partners to create sustainable talent pipelines.
- Work with the People Operations team to ensure compliance with applicant tracking requirements hiring standards and federal and state laws across all Eataly Markets.
- Analyzes recruitment data to identify trends recommend improvements and enhance talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supports onboarding and orientation processes during NSO and corporate hiring cycles as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This role is based in our New York office and requires in-person and on site interaction. Regular schedule includes hybrid work option.
- Travel as needed to all Eataly North America locations (USA and International).
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 6 years of talent acquisition experience including corporate recruitment or high-volume multi-site operations or blended experience with HR and recruitment roles.
- Experience supporting New Store Openings or major hiring initiatives preferred.
- Hospitality or retail experience required.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
