Job Overview:
Partner with investigators to prepare and execute clinical studies.
Recruit screen and guide patients through trial participation.
Perform and oversee clinical procedures (IV placement phlebotomy ECG spirometry etc.).
Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor patient safety and report adverse events promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and support audits/inspections.
Train and mentor new team members while advocating for patient well-being.
Qualifications:
Licensure: RN LPN or LVN (active and in good standing).
Experience: 3 years in clinical research or equivalent training.
Skills: Strong knowledge of clinical trials GCP and medical terminology; proficiency in clinical procedures including placing IVs Phlebotomy EKGs obtaining patient vitals etc.
Bonus Points: CCRC or CCRP certification.
