Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and supervising the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery through efficient logistics processes.

- Monitoring and tracking shipments ensuring compliance with both company policies and industry regulations.

- Collaborating with suppliers carriers and cross-functional teams to address any logistical issues that may arise.- Applying supply chain management principles to enhance logistics operations for optimal efficiency.

- Maintaining meticulous records and documentation related to all logistics activities.

- Analyzing performance data and generating reports to highlight logistical performance metrics pinpointing areas for enhancement.

- Working closely with departments such as procurement and sales to facilitate seamless supply chain interactions.- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics workflows.

- Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics operations and addressing any queries or concerns.

- Identifying and recommending cost-saving initiatives to bolster logistics efficiency.

- Ensuring all shipments are appropriately packaged labeled and prepared following transportation guidelines.

- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while managing and transporting materials.

- Training and mentoring team members on logistics protocols and industry best practices.

- Engaging in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall organizational operations.

- Upholding a customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Qualifications:**

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.

- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics principles practices and regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software.

- Strong communication organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
