Our client is a technology cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

1. Solution Architecture & Project Governance

• Own the overall technical architecture and ensure all solution designs meet project objectives and business needs.
  

• Provide technical leadership and guide the team through complex problem-solving during project execution.
  

• Implement effective monitoring and governance practices to secure the successful delivery of large-scale and mission-critical projects.
  

2. Technical Pre-Sales & Client Advisory

• Collaborate with the Sales team in client meetings presentations and solution demonstrations.
  

• Analyze and compare technical approaches highlight trade-offs and recommend the most appropriate solution for each scenario.
  

• Develop comprehensive technical proposals including system architecture and implementation approaches.
  

3. Technical Team & Work Management

• Plan coordinate and oversee the workload and operations of the technical department.
  

• Assign tasks based on team strengths and ensure progress tracking quality control and timely execution.
  

4. Team Development & Capability Building

• Build and strengthen the teams expertise to align with the companys long-term strategy.
  

• Optimize resource utilization and enhance the teams overall performance.
  

5. Technology Strategy & Innovation

• Support executive leadership in identifying and shaping the companys technology roadmap.
  

• Oversee research initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
  

• Deep understanding of DevOps practices tools and methodologies.
  

• Strong abilities in presenting solutions explaining technical concepts and persuading stakeholders during pre-sales engagements.
  

• Capable of assessing multiple technical approaches for the same use case clearly identifying strengths limitations and trade-offs.
  

• Able to structure complex technical discussions and work directly with clients on areas such as architecture design system workflows and implementation processes.
  

• Adept at organizing information evaluating risks planning implementation strategies and ensuring solution quality for large-scale or high-impact projects.
  

• Prior experience leading and managing technical teams.
  

• Able to read and write technical documentation in English and communicate general technical topics at a basic to intermediate level.
