Our client is a dynamic company operating in the securities and digital investment services industry seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

1. Business Development and Client Advisory

Build expand and maintain relationships with corporate clients financial institutions and investors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the full spectrum of investment banking services.
Act as a trusted financial advisor providing strategic guidance to clients.

2. Delivery of Investment Banking Services

Capital Markets

Provide advisory services for IPOs private placements secondary offerings and other equity fundraising transactions.

Debt Markets

Advise on corporate bond issuance convertible bonds and other debt instruments.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Lead end-to-end advisory services for acquisitions mergers divestments and strategic partnerships.

Corporate Financial Restructuring

Design and implement solutions to optimize capital structure improve financial performance and enhance enterprise value.

Corporate Transformation

Support businesses in changing legal structures or reorganizing operating models.

Corporate Governance

Advise on best governance practices to enhance transparency management standards and board effectiveness.

3. Team Leadership and Management

Lead coach and develop the investment banking team to ensure strong professional capability and execution capacity.
Define the strategic direction of the division in alignment with company objectives.
Foster a professional performance-driven and client-focused working culture.

4. Governance and Compliance

Ensure all advisory activities and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and manage risks associated with investment banking transactions and advisory services.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Banking Accounting Business Administration or related fields
Valid securities practicing certificate. International professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are an advantage
In-depth knowledge of capital markets securities M&A and investment banking services
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to securities issuance and financial transactions
Practical experience in managing ECM DCM M&A or corporate restructuring projects
Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or M&A advisory
Proven track record of managing and directly participating in major transactions
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet business targets
Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions toward common objectives
Proficient English for communication presentations and reporting
Professional working attitude and high compliance awareness.
