Our client is a dynamic company operating in the securities and digital investment services industry seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
1. Policy and Process Development
Propose and implement initiatives to improve existing regulations processes guidelines and templates to standardize operations and enhance efficiency while optimizing time and cost.
Advise senior management in developing HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives to attract develop and retain high-quality talent.
Collaborate with relevant departments to review and refine internal governance regulations ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Planning and Operational Management
Plan organize and supervise the execution of regulations and daily operations to ensure effectiveness consistency and compliance:
Human Resources
Develop and manage HR budgets recruitment strategies training and development programs performance management compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Promote corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
Administration
Manage procurement use and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Oversee logistics for internal activities document management workplace safety security and hygiene.
Monitor and optimize administrative expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
3. HR Business Partnering
Act as a key HR partner to leadership and departments on people-related matters to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Provide practical solutions on HR policies workforce organization performance management and labor relations to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Coordinate with business units to implement HR programs that meet departmental needs while supporting company-wide objectives.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields
A Masters degree or international HR certifications is an advantage
Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law employee relations compensation systems and HR compliance
More than 8 years of HR experience including at least 2 years in a similar managerial position
Experience in finance or securities sectors is preferred
Proficient English communication skills
Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities to support decision-making
