How Youll Make an Impact: Shaping Our EMEA Success

As a Senior Sales Recruiter you will be a pivotal strategic partner responsible for scaling Boomis Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across EMEA. This is not a transactional role; you are anambassador responsible for bringing the best sales pre-sales and leadership talent in the world to the hottest AI Activation Platform in the market.

You will forge solid strategic partnerships with EMEA leadership across essential departments including Commercial and Enterprise Sales Presales Channel & Alliances Sales Development Marketing and Engineering. Your mission is to deeply understand the talent needs of our hyper-growth organization and proactively recruit the difference-makers who will drive Boomis success.

What Youll Do: Driving Talent Acquisition Excellence

  • Pipelining & Sourcing: Identify engage and secure top-tier sales talent using advanced sourcing channels and professional networks. Build and nurture an impactful qualified candidate pipeline to consistently meet aggressive future EMEA hiring targets.

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and execute sophisticated data-driven recruitment strategies. Craft compelling resonant job postings that articulate Boomis unique value proposition as a market leader Gartner recognized leader and award winning Employer. Analyze hiring trends and leverage our tech stack (Greenhouse Workday Brighthire Gem Linkedin Recruiter & Hiring Assistant Talent Neuron Ashby Google Suite) to constantly refine and optimize recruitment approaches for peak efficiency.

  • Executive Consulting & Partnership: Serve as a trusted consultant to EMEA management on industry best practices and talent market intelligence. Lead regular proactive discussions with hiring managers to forecast needs and ensure transparent fluid communication throughout the rigorous candidate evaluation process. Act as a passionate advocate for the candidate experience guiding them through every step of their journey.

  • End-to-End Talent Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical sales vacancies conducting initial deep-dive screenings and assessing candidates cultural and organizational fit. Partner closely with department leaders on workforce planning and future organizational design. Implement targeted inclusive sourcing campaigns to attract unnoticed diverse talent and champion our commitment to inclusion.

  • Interview Process Standardization: Equip interviewers with essential background and behavioral details establishing standardized high-bar interview formats and guidelines. Expertly manage all communication and logistics from virtual platforms to in-person meetings and compile comprehensive interview feedback to support swift effective hiring decisions.

  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate competitive job offer terms aligning compensation with market standards and company policies. Articulate Boomis overwhelming value proposition as a market leader to confidently close world-class candidates securing necessary leadership approvals prior to final extension.

The Experience You Bring: A Track Record of Excellence

  • Significant proven experience in building and scaling top-tier Go-to-Market (GTM) teams specifically within the Enterprise Sales domain across the EMEA region for a complex high-growth technology or SaaS company

  • Bachelors degree level education
