Who are we looking for
As a Digital Acquisition Manager you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for telecommunications clients across multiple markets. Your objective will be to drive profitable user acquisition while ensuring strong performance and return on investment.
You will work in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment with an agency mindset focused on results and continuous optimization.
What will your day-to-day look like
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Create manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search Display YouTube).
- Monitor budgets and ensure performance aligns with KPI targets (CPA conversion rate etc.).
- Conduct daily performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement A/B tests on creatives targeting and bidding strategies.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Develop acquisition strategies tailored to different markets and telecom offers.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices algorithm updates and industry trends.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed weekly performance reports.
Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and telecom clients.
- Ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives.
- Present results and explain performance evolution clearly and confidently.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Search Display and YouTube campaign structures.
- A performance-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize toward KPI targets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Motivation to grow in a young dynamic and international environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of DSP / programmatic advertising.
