Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive HR Relationship to manage employee relations HR operations and ensure smooth coordination across HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle employee concerns support HR processes and maintain strong communication between employees and management.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage monthly HR operations including salaries loans advances and incentives.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure HRIS data is accurate and updated at all times.
Support performance management and coordinate with recruitment and training teams.

Manage onboarding/offboarding and employee relationship matters.
- Conduct regular HR follow-ups and maintain reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Support employee engagement compliance and policy implementation.
- Assist in attendance monitoring and disciplinary actions.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Should have knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel.
- Should have knowledge of ERP
Education & Experience:
- BBA or MBA
- 3-7 Years of experience in HR
